Corporate Travel provides a cloud-based human resource management platform including employee management, payroll processing, attendance tracking, leave management, and related services.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
- Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful content.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on the Service are owned by adivaha or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
6. Data Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.
7. Payment & Billing
If you subscribe to a paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Corporate Travel and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, upon reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
